Happy Tu Bi'Shvat

Today Jews in Israel around the world celebrate the 15th of the month of Shvat according to the Hebrew calendar.

Tu Bi'Shvat is a celebration of nature and more specifically, trees. Today, every Israeli public school student is planting a tree somewhere in the vicinity of his or her hometown.

It's no wonder that Israel is the only country that gained trees in the 20th century.
